The painstaking selection of the best wheat and barley malts, endows Maisel’s Weisse with its bright reddish amber colour, and the traditional brewing process, evolved over generations of master brewers, of maturing in the bottle using yeast from home-grown cultures, with its unique character. The fresh bouquet of choice yeast and pleasant fruit tones combine at the first taste with the mild flavours of malt, fruit and fragrance of cloves with a hint of nutmeg. The slightly fruity, full-flavored wheat beer fragrance typical for Maisel’s Weisse, is then revealed in the aftertaste. A mark of exceptional quality.
